1.If you could make one rule that everyone in the world had to follow, what would it be?
My favorite food is chilli paneer, which consists of cooked cottage cheese, various spices, and cut-up bell peppers. It’s an Indian delicacy and has just the right amount of protein I need after physical training at Civil Air Patrol or a long tennis match. I also love making my own fruit ice-pops for summertime in the Garden State.
2.If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
A perfect date would be a weekend out with my best girlfriends, hanging out on the beach, the city, or going out on a hike. These places are beautiful and inspire my art; I always leave with the best photographs and even better memories. Friends truly nourish the soul!
3.When do you feel a child or teen becomes an adult?
Most weekends you’ll catch me supporting my community, spending time with my family, playing tennis, or reading about science. I also like getting a head start on my week by getting as much schoolwork done. If it's a summer weekend when school is out, then I have even more time to make memories and make an impact!
4.What do you feel you have learned in life that will be the most useful?
The last place I went shopping was Whole Foods to get healthy snacks and food. I love going here with my family every month. Each trip I learn about new foods I can incorporate into my life and the healthy choices my dad makes to address his type 2 diabetes. I use this information to educate other diabetics so they too can dismantle diabetes!
5.What do you feel is the hardest job in the world and why?
Self-confidence is key to success. Makeup can accentuate natural features and make you feel better about yourself, especially on days when you need a little boost. However, it is important to feel comfortable in your own skin even without makeup. At the end of the day, if nothing else existed, you only have your mind, body, and soul. Makeup can enhance, but a beautiful soul radiates from within - even without makeup!
